About this house sitting position in Lakes Entrance

Two bedroom period home, comfortable with new bathrooms, very clean and tidy. Wood heater, reverse cycle AC. Lovely garden and big outdoor Deck area. I don't have pets, and prefer not to have them here. Just would like to see the garden maintained and power and water bills paid, but solar panels on the roof and solar HWS keeps these costs low. Photos will be updated soon, I'm just renovating the kitchen dining area a little so excuse evidence of building work.
