About this house sitting position in Lachlan

My partner Aaron and I live in a 2 bedroom house in Lachlan. New Norfolk is a 10 min drive and Hobart a 45 min drive away. The spare bedroom sleeps 1-2 people.
The house is on a hill with views over the Derwent River and surrounding hills which you can enjoy from our undercover deck.
We have a much loved greyhound called Miranda who loves people and roaming around our fenced in property. Unfortunately, she likes to chase animals and there is a lot of wildlife in the area (including a quoll who visits our deck at night) which is why she needs to be on the lead whenever she leaves the property. We normally do 1-2 walks with her per day.
I am from Germany and when we go over there to visit my family we would like for someone to stay at our house to look after Miranda and water our indoor plants.

You will need a car while you're at our place as there is no public transport nearby. New Norfolk has a Woolworths, a few pubs and cafes, and a market on every Saturday.
