What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

The main responsibility is to enjoy the place while watching that all moving parts are working smoothly. If a problem arises, I have friends and neighbors that will tackle the big ones and a good manual to help you tackle the little ones. I'll come back for the really big ones.

What are the good features of the property and location

I am located in the foothills of the Toquima Range in Central Nevada. I am surrounded by beauty and very few people. It is an outdoors person paradise. The living facilities are clean, comfortable, warm in winter, cool in summer.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

I am very remote. You can easily go days without seeing anyone. the nearest supply run is over 50 miles one way. The climate is best described as dry.

Can I bring my own pets?
