Nice property in suburbia. 5 minutes to town shopping centre and major freeway. Easy access to get to where you need to be. Home is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom residency..
The house itself is set on 1300 square metres of land, has a playground, dual spa/swim spa 6 metres total. Infra-red sauna and an outdoor fireplace. You will not be disappointed.

Pets & farm animals

2 x boxer dogs plus 1 x puppy boxer dog and 1 parrot that need to be looked after. All very friendly and love to be around people.

House Tasks

All you need to do is keep the house clean, keep the animals fed with fresh water daily and keep the lawns to a reasonable mowed state however could potentially not include this part if the sitter has never mowed before. Collect mail, take rubbish out if needed aswell.
